Why I chose it: Four Roses Single Barrel, Barrel Strength bottles are a delightful treat to kick off any weekend, let alone the calm before the Christmas storm. Four Roses uses a combination of 2 mashbills and 5 yeast strains which results in 10 distinct recipes. This bottle is the OBSQ expression, which is the high rye mashbill and floral yeast strain. They call it "Rye and light floral character". It should be something unique yet familiar.
