Why I chose it: Booker's, one of Jim Beam's premium blended products, is released ~four times annually. This release titled "Apprentice Batch" was the second release of 2023. These bottles come in beautiful boxes which were the inspiration for our advent calendar boxes. The blend brings together barrels from 6 different warehouses with a high likelihood that some of the barrels are (potentially much) older than the youngest at just over 7 years. I've enjoyed the recent releases and wanted to give everyone a taste of some more premium blended Kentucky products.
