Day 6
High West Bourye

Proof: 92.0
MRSP: $124.99
Why I chose it: I first bought a round of these at the Deer Valley St. Regis bar for some generous friends at BMO who let me tag along on their excellent trip. That tasting left me wanting to spot this one again in the wild. I took my wife to Park City for our 10-year anniversary this summer and swung through the downtown Park City location of High West, which I had not visited before (I now recommend both locations). High West has a history of focusing on its blending techniques and implementations, and I was excited when I saw that the youngest stuff in this bottle was 10 years old. Maybe this was barreled on our wedding day?!
Distiller's page: Apparently, when they sell out of it, they take the web page down. That's lame High West. https://highwest.com/
