Mashbill: Blend of their ryed mashbill (78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley) and wheated mashbill (68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley)

Aged: 4 Years with 6 months in Albarino wine casks

Why I chose it: Our 2025 KY distillery trip again included one of our favorite stops, Lux Row Distillers. We purchased their Lux Row flights and unanimously landed that this was our favorite pour. It also happens to be only available at the distillery, so I thought it would fit in great, given its uniqueness. We don't have a lot of finished distillate in the calendar, so this gives us the first wine finished barrels. Ablarino is a white grape grown along the Iberian Peninsula of Spain and Portugal. The thick-skinned grapes are known for their rich stone fruit flavors, distinct citrus bitterness and hints of salinity and acidity.
