Why I chose it: We had a great experience visiting Lux Row in 2022 and could not pass up this gorgeous bottle. The idea of 2 single barrels of differing mashbill coming together is unique and I expected this to cause quite the conversation in our Slack channel (which it did). It isn't confirmed on the bottle, but it's rumored and probable that this is one of their first self-distilled double single barrel offerings (previous 12-year double barrels were contract-distilled). This was released in August 2023 with a limited allocation of 7,500 (6-pack) cases.
