Why I chose it: I have wanted to check out more of the TX whiskey scene and this is where I thought I would start. An annual release for the third year, the Unabridged vol 3 is a blend of multiple distilleries. In 2023, Heather Greene was named 2023 Master Blender of the Year. We've had a lot of single barrels so I wanted to showcase the power of blending to capture unique and different flavors from across our great country.
