Why I chose it: On the 10th day, we get to taste this 10-year bourbon whiskey. Pinhook did a cool thing by setting aside a large batch of whiskey (1,350 Bourbon barrels, and 450 for their Rye version) and then doing 13 annual releases of the same growing season distillate from 2005, called their Vertical Series. They started bottling some year 4 and plan to release the bourbon up until year 16. So if you love this, look for the vertical series year 11 next year!

This is a new masbhill combo from MGP* that we have yet to try. Interestingly, almost everyone thought this was a rye! Fun fact, "pinhooking" is the term for identifying young talent and nurturing it to maturity. Did it live up to its name?!
