Mashbill: Blend of MI (theirs) and IN (MGP) high-rye mash bills of approximately 95% Rye, 5% Malted Barley

Aged: NAS (If I am interpreting their website correctly, it's at least 6 years)

Proof: 94.0

MRSP: $47.99

Why I chose it: Mayor Pingree was a hit last year, and people love discovering affordable gems they can buy. I am hoping this can be one of those for some. In this expression, Valentine Distilling Co blends its pot-stilled distillate alongside MGP's column-stilled distillate. Assuming they used MGP's 95/5 recipe, it's interesting to see a distillery combine two of the same mashbill profiles. I can't say I recall ever seeing that. Does it work?
